It's hard being a Pink Floyd fan sometimes.
You're done with "that phase" of your life, yet you still want to go to the Rialto Theatre Friday night and hear the band's legendary music boom while an intricate, fantastic laser show casts its spell on you.
There will be waves of nostalgia as the beautiful, haunting sounds of "Dark Side of the Moon" and "The Wall" burrow their way into your memory, while striking images consume your vision.
Yes, there will be several attendees in various altered states, but you've grown up and have kids now. You're too old for that kind of stuff, right?
Paramount's Original LaserSpectacular featuring the Music of Pink Floyd starts at 8 p.m. Friday, and reserved seats range in price from $21 to $27.

Ah, the rock supergroup.
Comprising members of formerly popular acts, supergroups coagulate in an effort to combine fan bases and see who follows (and how many tickets can be sold).
Audioslave (Rage Against The Machine plus Soundgarden) kind of sucked.
Velvet Revolver (Stone Temple Pilots and Guns 'N Roses) mostly suck.
What about Hellyeah (Mudvayne plus Pantera)?
You decide as the act plays the Rialto Theatre at 7 p.m. Wednesday with Nonpoint and Bury Your Dead. Tickets $26.

Pop crooner Michael Bublé due April 30
Michael Bublé is moving up.
The traditional pop crooner, who has arguably the smoothest vocal chops in music today, will play the Tucson Arena on April 30.
His March 2006 show at the Tucson Music Hall sold out on the day tickets went on sale, so it's not surprising he's graduating to the arena, which has four times the capacity of the Music Hall.
Bublé is bringing his third major U.S. concert tour to Tucson on the heals of his Grammy win for "Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album" for his 2007 album, "Call Me Mr. Irresponsible."
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through www.ticketmaster.com or the Tucson Convention Center box office.
