HSL Asset Management employee Steve Garcia installs a Nest thermostat in an apartment at the Spring apartment homes at 4900 E. Fifth Street. TEP is working with local apartment complexes to help limited-income customers save energy and reduce their monthly utility costs by installing Nest Learning Thermostats into homes.
