National: As ordered by the President, all U.S. flags and other flags flying where the U.S. flag is hoisted will fly at half-staff Saturday, July 18, 2020, in honor of U.S. Representative John Lewis who died July 17.

North Carolina: As ordered by the Governor, all flags at state facilities will fly at half-staff until sunset Sunday, July 19, 2020, in honor of U.S. Congressman John Lewis and Reverend C.T. Vivian, both civil rights leaders.

Iowa: As ordered by the Governor, all flags at state facilities will fly at half-staff until sunrise Monday, July 20, 2020, in honor of U.S. Congressman John Lewis.

Delaware: As ordered by the Governor, all flags at state facilities will fly at half-staff until sunrise Monday, July 20, 2020, in honor of U.S. Congressman John Lewis.
