If the entries to last week's blog contest are any indication, there are lots of tasty meals to be had in the Old Pueblo.
Andrea Goertz wins a copy of "The Best Slow & Easy Recipes." Her best meal was a salmon club sandwich at Terra Cotta. "The salmon portion was large and very moist, sitting atop a sourdough baguette with crisp bacon and melted cheese," she wrote.
"It was so thick you couldn't get your mouth around it and that made it all the better."
Nancy Kendrew has won the "Best of the Best" cookbook from the editors of Food & Wine.
Her best meal: the grilled shrimp at the Old Pueblo Grille.
"The taste is outstanding," she wrote. "I highly recommend this dish."
This week, we're giving away "The Tra Vigne Cookbook" by restaurateur and Food Network chef Michael Chiarello, and the "Top Chef Cookbook," with recipes and behind-the-scenes info on the television show.
