Staff changes at Doubletree
Melinda Dillon has joined the Doubletree Hotel Tucson at Reid Park as convention services manager. She previously served as a catering sales manager and as a convention services coordinator. Dillon is currently working on her degree in hospitality management.
Also at the Doubletree, Bridget Cunningham was promoted to banquet manager. She started at the hotel in 1999 as a banquet server, and was promoted to banquet captain in 2002.
Outreach post at Raytheon
Hilda Oropeza Chihak was appointed manager, community and government relations for Raytheon Missile Systems. She will manage Raytheon's community relations, charitable giving and government affairs programs. Before joining Raytheon, Chihak held director positions with a California-based non-profit organization, and a leading media and communications corporation.

Ad2 Tucson's new officers
The Tucson Advertising Federation's new affiliated association for advertising, marketing and public relations professionals age 21-31, Ad2 Tucson, has elected officers for its first year. They are Bernarda Duarte, president, Susan Seeley Roe, first vice president/secretary, and Jennifer Malleo, second vice president/treasurer.
2 promotions at D.R. Horton
Ken Inskeep was promoted to vice president of construction for D.R. Horton. He previously worked as the company's land development manager and has been in the commercial and residential construction business for more than 24 years.
Also at D.R. Horton, Jon "Rick" Villalobos was named construction manager of the Tucson division. He was previously the company's customer service manager and has been in the construction industry more than 26 years.
Two move up at MDA
Senior vice president Gerald C. Weinberg was appointed chief operating officer of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Also at MDA, Mark Denzin was named director of planned giving.
No.1 at Telco Credit Union
Paula Dolan was named president/chief executive officer of Tucson Telco Federal Credit Union. She has worked with Telco for 32 years and started in the accounting department. Dolan assumed the role of interim CEO last July.
EAP group elects officers
The Southern Arizona chapter of the international Employee Assistance Professionals Association has elected officers for 2006-2007. Deborah Carr, EAP director for Jorgensen/Brooks Group, has been named president. Other officers are Ellen Jue, vice president, Donovan Tatman, secretary, and Nance Slattery, treasurer.
Goode to head aging foundation
Linda Goode was appointed executive director of the Council on Aging Foundation. Goode previously worked 11 years with Easter Seals Arizona, most recently as vice president of development.
Also at the foundation, Kristin Almquist and Kirk Saunders were named to the board of directors.
