Arizonans will have a chance to ask questions of nationally recognized health-care experts at the Arizona Health Forum this Saturday, March 3.
The experts will discuss challenges to the U.S. health-care system and address the facts and myths about the impact of changes in health-care programs, laws and policies.

Former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Richard Carmona will deliver the keynote presentation at 1 p.m., followed by a response by J. Lyle Bootman, senior vice president for health sciences. The presentations will be held in DuVal Auditorium.

Forum attendees may chose two of three interactive panel discussions, which will be held in Roy P. Drachman Hall, 1295 N. Martin Ave.: Access to Health Care (Room A114); Quality of Health Care (Room B109); and The Rising Cost of Health Care (Room B111).
A concurrent Health and Wellness Fair with free health information and screenings will be held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the Arizona Health Sciences Center campus’s Walkway of Wellness at Roy P. Drachman Hall, 1295 N. Martin Ave.
Among other things, attendees may learn chest-compression-only CPR at the health fair.
