Here are some less-than-newsworthy tidbits for those following the Robert Ergonis/Kumari Fulbright kidnapping case.
Fulbright told jurors she's from Ann Arbor, Mich. and met Ergonis in 2003. She calls him "lover." He calls her "Ku."
She went to the University of Michigan and became a part-time Tucson resident in 2005 so she could establish residency before entering the UA law school in August 2006.
Fulbright testified she won beauty pageants in Michigan before earning Miss Pima County and Miss Arizona titles.
Ergonis gave Fulbright an SUV, but they kept separate residence here in Tucson even though they were engaged, Fulbright said.
The couple broke up in July 2007 and she started dating Josh Conway in September 2007.
No mention was made of what Ergonis did for a living, but Fulbright wrote in her diary she went from a "millionaire" to Conway, who worked for an insurance company.

Defense attorney Paul Gattone rested this morning without putting any witnesses on the stand (remember, the state has the burden of proof) and prosecutor Kim Ortiz gave a 45-minute closing argument.
Gattone will give his closing argument at 1:40 p.m. and prosecutor Michael Jette will offer his rebuttal shortly thereafter.
Ortiz reminded the jurors the case was about alleged victim Josh Conway, not anyone's "prurient interest" in Fulbright.
Ouch!
