MARANA
1 A 15-year-old boy was cited on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:10 a.m. Sept. 22 at Marana High School, 12000 W. Emigh Road. The associate principal told police a glass smoking pipe containing marijuana residue was found inside a toothbrush bag in the boy's backpack. The boy told police the pipe did not belong to him and he did not know how it got inside his backpack. He was released to his mother.
2 Theft was reported at 7:04 a.m. Sept. 21 at a construction site in the 6800 block of North Thornydale Road. A construction worker told police someone stole 2,000 feet of copper wire valued at more than $500 from a landscaping project. He said the wire had been installed under the parking lot but was exposed in the landscaped areas.
3 Suspicious activity was reported at 3:23 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 6700 block of West Alegria Drive. A resident told police that earlier in the afternoon, someone threw a burrito at a friend's car parked in front of her house. She said someone has been tossing drinks, ice cream and other food at her vehicles. She told police the problem is ongoing.

PIMA COUNTY
4 Theft was reported at 7:28 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1300 block of East Big Rock Road. A real estate agent told deputies the following: The refrigerator, two couches, two chairs, one ottoman, a television set, a washer, a dryer, bedding, two dressers, a computer and a DVD player were stolen. Another real estate agent told the woman making the report the kitchen was flooded and the theft was discovered when she checked on the house. There were no signs of forced entry.
5 Larceny was reported at 10:08 a.m. Sept. 16 at Foothills Leasing & Auto Sales, 4615 N. Flowing Wells Road. The owner told deputies someone took eight truck tires and a tailgate from a fenced yard.
6 Four men, ages 47, 52, 55 and 57 were arrested on suspicion of several charges at 1:52 p.m. Sept. 15 at Albertsons, 7300 N. La Cholla Blvd. The store operations manager told deputies the homeless men were sitting on a bench outside the store asking customers for money and cigarettes. He said he told the men to leave several times but they refused. He told deputies they eventually left and walked over to a nearby bank. According to the report, the 57-year-old man drank beer in front of deputies and the 52-year-old man smelled like alcohol. Both men were arrested and charged with suspicion of public drinking and trespassing. The 47-year-old man was arrested and charged with suspicion of drinking in public. The 55-year-old man was arrested and charged with suspicion of trespassing. The four men were booked into Pima County jail.
ORO VALLEY
7 Theft was reported at 9:32 p.m. Sept. 25 at Wingate by Wyndham Hotel, 11075 N. Oracle Road. A guest told police someone took his digital camera and three lenses with a total value of $2,000 from the trunk of his car. There were no signs of forced entry.
8 Theft was reported at 11:44 a.m. Sept. 24 at Immaculate Heart Academy, 410 E. Magee Road. A woman told police someone took her purse from her truck. She said she saw a beige vehicle leave the parking lot when she returned to her truck at 11:06 a.m.
9 Two teenage boys were cited on suspicion of weapons misconduct at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 19 in the desert near North First Avenue and East Lambert Lane after reports of shots heard in the area. Police stopped the two boys when they drove out of the desert. They told police they set off several bottle bombs. The boys were released to their mothers.
