EAST SIDE
1 Larceny was reported at 9:28 a.m. Sept. 25 from a house under construction in the 11600 block of East Speedway. A representative for the area homeowners association told deputies several boxes of lumber, several boxes of connection brackets and miscellaneous lumber were taken from the site. She told deputies one of the construction workers had seen two unauthorized vehicles on the property earlier.

2 A 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence at 5:42 p.m. Sept. 19 near South Houghton and East Brekke roads after a traffic stop for reckless driving. The deputy smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the man's vehicle and noticed several open cans of beer on the floorboard. A records check revealed the man's driver's license was suspended. According to the report, the man had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and had trouble walking. Deputies found a marijuana smoking pipe under the driver's seat. He was charged with suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He was booked into Pima County jail.

3 Burglary was reported at 12:03 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 13200 block of South Hound Dog Road. A resident told deputies he found a bedroom window screen pried off and the window open. Four chrome rims and tires valued at $1,500 were taken from inside the house.
4 Fraud was reported at 12:32 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 10600 block of South Miramar Canyon Pass. A resident told deputies someone used her Bank of America debit card number to charge $1,572.81 to her bank account. She said the charges were made online. She told deputies the bank cancelled her card.
