After spending two months learning about the Civil War, about 127 fifth-graders at Manzanita Elementary School, 3000 E. Manzanita Blvd., spent Monday reenacting scenes from the conflict.
The students were charged with acting in vignettes illustrating history with costumes and scenery parents helped construct.
