If you could get rid of one class from your school schedule, which would it be and why?
"The class I'd want to get rid of is seminar. In that period, you read for most of the period and you have a little time to do your homework, but it's at the beginning of the day (for her), so there's no homework to do in that period and you can't go to get help from other teachers. You do extra projects that you could do in class, and they don't do much for you."

"I would choose seminar because it seems useless. You don't learn much in it. Sometimes, we'll have little projects, but you don't have to know them. It's kind of extra stuff. They just fit whatever they can into an hour."

"I'd choose to drop music, because we don't really do much, we just bang on the keys. I'm the type of student that needs more time for my work — I don't really do my homework that much. If they had a study hall or a class with a genius, it would help everyone in the class. A class with more help in general would be better than a class where you do nothing."
Kevin Dockins,

"I would get rid of seminar, too, because it's a waste of time and you don't do anything. You just sit there and in seventh grade you have a 20-minute session with your teacher and then you read and do homework. It's at the end of the day, so it's pointless because you're bored and you don't have homework that often."
