A 20-year-old man was shot and killed early Saturday in the parking lot of an all-nude nightclub near the airport.
Police arrived at the lot of Club Turbulence, 6608 S. Tucson Blvd., at 3:31 a.m. and found Manuel M. Garcia dead.
Police said there was a fight involving Garcia and two other people, one of whom shot Garcia.
The shooting is not believed to be gang-related, said Tucson Police Officer Frank Amado, and there is no indication drugs were involved.
Garcia was at the club with friends, Amado said, and it doesn't appear he knew the assailants.
The two are believed to have fled in an older-model white pickup, possibly a Ford Ranger, with a dark stripe on the side, police said.
Since the all-nude nightclub opened in 2005, police said they have been summoned there 12 times, though the Saturday morning shooting is the only serious crime on record.
