A 27-year-old man has been arrested after he was accused of seeking to have sex with children, police said.
Jeffrey Allen Albert is facing one count of molestation of a child (conspiracy to commit) and one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, according to the Tucson Police Department.
Police booked Albert into Pima County jail and he was subsequently released.
Detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children unit began investigating Albert after they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding an ad placed on the Internet.
The ad was soliciting other men to bring their children to Albert to have sex with him, police said.
The detectives set up an undercover operation and agreed to meet with the suspect at Tucson Mall, where they arrested him in the parking lot.
