Adult Formation Ministries at St. Philip's in the Hills Episcopal Church is offering a forum series, "Episcopal 101," on Sundays, beginning this Sunday. Future sessions will be Nov. 4, Nov. 25, Dec. 2 and Dec. 16.
Each program begins at 10:15 a.m.
The Rev. John Kitagawa, St. Philip's rector, will lead a journey of discovery about the Episcopal Church.
This class will engage participants in learning about the basics of Episcopal Church tradition, including history, theology and spirituality, liturgy (worship) and decision-making.
If you have questions about how the Episcopal Church is related to the Church of England, what Episcopalians believe or the sometimes controversial policy decisions made at the General Convention that were in the news last summer, this is the place to find information.
