Transformation: From motel to housing
Miracle Mile’s Amazon Motel has been transformed into a 30-unit supportive housing community. The former motel at 1135 W. Miracle Mile now includes 30 studio apartments for permanent housing. A second phase, Amazon Flats, will add nearly 60 one-bedrooms units in a new, adjacent building.
