Letter: It's a good life?

After watching Twilight Zone re-run "It's a good life" about 6 yr old Anthony Fremont and his mind-control powers, I couldn't help notice parallels between the little monster and Donald Trump. Anthony controlled the entire town with his evil powers, and all the adults had to constantly praise, agree with, and placate him or they might meet a terrible fate - banishment to "the cornfield" never to be seen again, turned into a swaying jack-in-the-box figure, or some other horrid fate. No one dared to disagree or criticize or question little Anthony, and all lived in constant fear. Anthony could read minds so even their thoughts were not their own. Sound kinda familiar? Trump may not have Anthony's supernatural powers but he sure exhibits the same absolute control of his worshipers and sycophant politician supporters, using fear to keep the sheep in line. If elected, perhaps he will banish the Bidens, Zelenski, Mark Milley, all Democrats and anyone else not swearing allegiance to the cornfield!
