Providing assistance of water/food ect. for people crossing the border illegally, is a form of luring the persons to expose themselves to encounters with the ICE enforcer. With the situation as it is in this time frame the investment would better used to offer legal entry assistance. I believe the good intentions will provide negative result for the intended help.
