• Circle K Stores Inc. bought commercial property at 1365 W. Miracle Mile from Mahendra and Kokila Desai for $675,000 cash.
• Circle K Stores Inc. bought vacant land at the southeast corner of West Miracle Mile and North Flowing Wells Road from Durango Investments Inc. for $110,000.
• Buxton Smith Ltd. acquired an apartment building at 1601 N. Tyndall Ave. from Tyndall Lee LLC in exchange for a house in the 1500 block of East Linden Street, vacant land at 2365 N. Vine Ave. and a 2- to-4-plex at 1647 to 1649 E. Lester St. The value of the transaction was $603,000.
