• Lennar Arizona purchased 20 lots in Preserve III at Dove Mountain, at the northwest corner of North Camino de Oeste and West Tangerine Road, from Miramonte at Dove Mountain for $1.3 million. Will White and Ted Herman of the Land Advisors Organization handled the transaction.
LEASES
• Reliance Commercial Construction Inc. leased a 5,000-square-foot building at 3450 S. Campbell Ave. from D&L Enterprise LLC. Rick Borane of the Volk Co. represented the landlord.
• Xtra Automotive Group leased 3,840 square feet at 2015 N. Forbes Blvd. from Forbes Tucson LLC. Robert Glaser of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, and Brandon Rodgers of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
• TitleMax of Arizona leased 1,800 square feet at 3662 W. Ina Road from Ina Meredith LLC. Pete Villaescusa, Jesse Peron and Bruce Suppes of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
