Dusk Music Festival returns downtown for its 10th anniversary event. The festival, which got its start as a one-day event at Rillito Park and has grown to three days, has a multigenre lineup that includes EDM DJs, pop singers, rock bands and, this year, Berlin-based singer-songwriter-DJ-producer Stella Stallion.
