Civano brought 100 trees to give away to promote Tucson Electric Power Co.’s “Trees for You” program, in which ratepayers can buy three trees a year for $5 each. The free expo was hosted by Pima Smartscape and sponsored by Civano Nursery and Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply. Thirty exhibitors helped people learn about desert landscaping.
