Big changes are coming to St. Philip's Plaza at North Campbell Avenue and River Road.
One store is expanding, two are relocating to the plaza and three will have their grand openings within the next month, said Alec Comyford, property manager of the plaza.
St. Philip's may host a grand reopening in December to celebrate the changes, he said.
Limited Additions expands
Margrit Laman, owner of Limited Additions in St. Philip's, is expanding into the adjacent space formerly held by the store Changes.
Limited Additions will more than double in size, and the expansion should be completed within the next few weeks, Laman said.
She said she's thrilled to be moving into a larger area with extra space for merchandise and more dressing rooms.

While the recession forced many small-business owners to downsize or close, Laman said her eclectic selection of clothes and accessories has enabled her store to thrive.
"I'm always looking for new and exciting pieces to add to the collections we have in the store," she said.
Tucson resident Sharon Hooker, who has been shopping at Limited Additions for years, said Laman has "wonderful taste."
To find the types of clothes that Laman carries, Hooker said she would have to venture out of town or sift through many department stores.
Laman said she selects clothes and accessories from dozens of designers around the world, and that her store is the only place in Tucson that some of the pieces can be found.
"I don't like to be cookie-cutter anything," Laman said.
Grey Dog returns
Grey Dog Trading Co. is moving from Plaza Palomino to St. Philip's Plaza, Comyford said.
The business is owned by Kent and Laurie McManis, who sell high-end Native American art.
They're not strangers to St. Philip's, because their shop was in the plaza almost 20 years ago, Kent McManis said.
While they were initially reluctant to leave Plaza Palomino, at North Swan and East Fort Lowell roads, they think St. Philip's will be a better location for their business, he said.
Kent McManis described St. Philip's as a "vibrant center with top-notch restaurants and heavier traffic."
Grey Dog Trading Co. will open next week, he said.
CELE PETERSON'S COMING
Cele Peterson's Fashions, which previously announced its move from eastside Crossroads Festival to St. Philip's, expects to open in November.
Coffee, breakfast brewing
Besides businesses relocating and expanding in St. Philip's, there are three opening soon: Liv Café and Bistro, Alfonso Gourmet Olive Oil and Balsamics and Union Public House.
Liv Café and Bistro is a side project Comyford's, who said the business will fill a niche because there aren't any coffee or breakfast places in the plaza.
The café is intended to be a "grab and go option" and a place with quality products.
Village Coffee out of Phoenix will be served and it is "really great stuff," Comyford said.
At approximately 15,000 square feet, Liv Café and Bistro is intended to have an intimate and cozy feel, he said.
It will open in early November.
