It's hard to believe it's been two years since The Hut threw a giant block party welcoming the 42-plus-foot-tall Moai that long presided over kitschy Magic Carpet Golf.
The stoic Easter Island-ish sculpture has since become a fixture at the Polynesian-themed watering hole.
"It's put us on the map. It's kind of a signature part of Fourth Avenue," said Scott Mencke, one of the managers.
Salvaging the giant sculpture - believed to be the largest Moai tiki head in North America - after the golf course was sold to a local car dealership seemed a natural.
"It helped to solidify our character," Mencke said.
Fans of the surf-rock-meets-tiki-lounge scene won't want to miss a minute of the second annual March of the Moai on Saturday.
