A crew from AJP Electric took down the old highway signs along I-10 East and replaced them with new signs on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015. The Arizona Department of Transportation is installing more than 500 new signs on I-10 from the junction with I-19 to Craycroft Road as well as all on State Route 210. According to C.T. Revere, senior community relations officer for ADOT, the new signs have better visibility and reflectivity. They also have a new font called "clear view," which is the new federal highway standard adopted in 2009. Photo by Mamta Popat / Arizona Daily Star
