Amherst police still are trying to determine who was at fault in a two-vehicle accident that fatally injured an 88-year-old man during a funeral procession Saturday morning.
Leo Schwartz of Getzville died Saturday evening in Erie County Medical Center from internal injuries suffered during the crash, which occurred shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday at North French and Hopkins roads.
