Road stuff
Here are some downtown-area traffic restrictions this weekend that could affect your trip to Tucson Meet Yourself:
Southbound North Fourth Avenue will be closed to vehicles from East Second Street to East Eighth Street from about 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the annual Pride on Parade.
Southbound vehicle traffic through the Fourth Avenue Underpass will detoured onto Stevens Avenue beginning at 7 p.m. until congestion in the area from several events is no longer a concern for operation of the streetcar.
The detour does not apply to bicyclists or pedestrians.
Traffic restrictions on East Sixth Street between North Campbell and North Euclid avenues generally begin at least two hours before the UA-UCLA football game, which begins at 7:30 p.m.
