The recorder’s office finished processing about 10,100 provisional ballots and found about 92 percent to be valid. Those ballots were sent to the elections department, and some will be counted this morning, said county spokesman Mark Evans.
The elections department counted 3,355 ballots on Sunday afternoon, he said.
Statewide there are about 57,000 ballots yet to be processed, including about 17,800 in Maricopa County.
