Tucson police converged on a north-side home Monday evening after three bodies were found inside, in what police are calling a triple homicide.
The grim discovery was made by a relative who stopped at the home for a visit around 5:20 p.m., police said.
Several squad cars remained at the home, in the 3300 block of North Flowing Wells Road, well into the evening. The home is in a neighborhood about about midway between West Miracle Mile and West Prince Road.
Police at the scene released very little information. The case was still being investigated as a homicide Monday night, said Sgt. Diana Lopez, a Police Department spokeswoman.
Police would not say how the people were killed or whether they are believed to be related.
Lopez described the victims as a man, a woman and a boy. No estimate on their ages was made Monday night.
