Classes begin at Pima Community College

Some 17,918 students were registered to take 53,896 courses at the start of the semester Monday, Phil Burdick, the school’s vice chancellor for external relations, said in a news release.
The fall semester for Pima Community College started Monday. However, students have until Sept. 9 to register for 14-week classes and Oct. 21 to register for eight-week classes. Go to www.pima.edu for more information.
