The Tucson Unified School District has named three new directors.
The following administrative appointments were approved by the Governing Board on Nov. 18:
- Raymond Cashen will serve as the new director of facilities management operations. He previously served as the operations supervisor for the University of Arizona Bookstore.
- Irene Renee Weatherless was appointed director of financial services. Weatherless has worked for TUSD as a financial services budget analyst.
- James Butler, formerly the director of distance learning in the Marana Unified School District, was named director of instructional technology.
