Fire crews put out a blaze near Ascent Aviation Services Corp. on the grounds of the Tucson International Airport on Friday evening.
The fire that destroyed a trailer-type building broke out about 5 p.m. The Ascent facility was not affected by the fire. No injuries were reported.
Ascent performs regular maintenance for major airlines. It was formerly known as Hamilton Aerospace Technologies.
Tucson Fire, National Guard and airport fire crews handled the incident.
