Q: Tell us about this business.
A: Twin Peaks Veterinary Center offers year-round wellness services for cats and dogs (vaccines, spay/neuter, well-pet screenings, geriatric pet services and more). It also offers urgent care and overnight hospitalization for pets who are injured or ill. We treat snake bites, seizures, wild-animal attacks, allergic reactions, Parvo and more.
Our new, state-of-the-art medical clinic includes on-site diagnostic laboratory equipment, a fully equipped operating room, on-site digital radiographs, an intensive/critical care unit and an isolation ward for in-hospital care of patients with infectious diseases.

Q: What makes your business tick?
A: We are focused on treating every pet as if they were part of our family, and keeping our services affordable. We have an emphasis on family - we even have a children's waiting area.
Q: Who's your average customer?
A: We are set up to serve residential customers in northwest Tucson, Marana and Oro Valley and urgent-care clients from all over Tucson.
Q: What other jobs have you had?
A: Neuman practiced emergency veterinary medicine in Tucson for six years before starting this practice. She is a 2004 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
Q: Where will your company be a year from now?
A: We will have added several more veterinarians, and added some services (like on-site ultrasound).
