"Scumbag" is a base derogatory term indicting one's limited vocabulary. In describing Trump I might use "low grade" as in the mineral extracting industry for ore of little value. To be more specific, I chose solipsist which fits him to a tee. It isn't a curse nor, in his case, a slander. For example, Thursday was Thanksgiving Day and Trump is solipistic. It's just a fact.
In the future, the writer of "scumbag" (not the scumbag writer) should be more precise. This wonderful language provides limitless ways to express oneself.
