Been under the weather and who would have thought the front page of your paper today, Thursday, would have provided such laughter. I really needed it. So Tucson is going to set lower speed limits. (I still can't stop laughing.) Sadly, it is not laughable. It's like a slap in the face to city residents. There is no traffic law enforcement here.
