The MountainView/Preserve Women’s Golf Association (MPWGA) held its annual Coyote Classic, co-chaired by Barb Sullivan and Debbie Mielke, on Tuesday, April 29. It was a gorgeous day for this pick-your-partner event at the MountainView Golf Course, with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. The game was one best net ball of the twosome, so each player played her own ball. On each hole, the best net score for the team was recorded. At the end of the round, teams gathered at the MountainView Ballroom for event results, lunch and a quick business meeting.

Some teams had to ‘ham and egg it’, while others ‘scrambled’ for low scores! Flighted results paid out to fourth place, (*) using the back nine scorecard as tiebreaker. Flight results were:

Barkers: The Barkers 59 and 61 were the two lowest scores overall!
