In sports they say a tie is "like kissing your sister."
Well, apparently if you tie at the Critics' Choice Awards you get to kiss Meryl Streep.
Sandra Bullock and Meryl tied for best actress at the 15th annual awards ceremony in L.A. yesterday.
Sandra won for her role in "The Blind Side."; Meryl for "Julie & Julia."
Sandra first joked, "This is bull----!" Then she planted a big kiss on Meryl.
I love both these ladies and think they can do no wrong.
Well, "All About Steve" was incredibly wrong but Gracie Lou Freebush will always have a warm place in my heart.
Meryl and Sandra will next go up for awards tomorrow night at the Golden Globes. But they are nominated in different categories this time. Sandra for drama and Meryl for comedy.
