A Tucson-based commercial furnishings firm has opened a downtown showroom.
JKaiser Workspaces leased 3,000 square feet at 20 E. Congress St., in the Bourn Companies office building.
Founded by Jessica Kaiser, the company specializes in furniture specification and procurement, space planning and design, and ergonomic and acoustical evaluations.
The 8-year-old company has customers around the country.

Mirabella Apartments, at 1345 S. Kolb Road, has been sold for $16.3 million by Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group. The buyer was Avenue North of Mesa. Art Wadlund and Clint Wadlund of Berkadia’s Tucson office handled the sale.

Chernecki and Associates bought a 53,000-square-foot office complex at 7650 E. Broadway for $1.3 million. The seller, The Arizona State Retirement System, was represented by Dave Volk and Bruce Suppes, with CBRE. The buyer was represented by Rob Fischrup, with Vast Commercial Real Estate.

Michael Laatsch, of CBRE, represented Smoothie King and Ben Craney, of NAI Horizon, represented Sports Clip. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, on both leases.
