Catalina Foothills High School music hall expands

Jeff Good, guitar teacher, signs the last beam to placed for the new addition to the music hall at Catalina Foothills High School, 4300 East Sunrise Drive on Nov. 20. Voters passed a bond last year to provide funding for projects in the Catalina Foothills School District. Five years ago guitar and orchestra were added to the high school, but they needed their own classroom space. The exterior to the addition is complete with the last beam in place, the interior will be open for the next school year, according to Julie Farbarik, public information officer.
