PHOENIX - A state representative has been indicted in a drunken-driving case.
A special prosecutor for La Paz County says a grand jury indicted Republican Representative Trish Groe of Lake Havasu City on a felony charge of aggravated DUI and a misdemeanor charge of false reporting to a police officer.
The charges stem from Groe's arrest in the Parker area in March.
Special prosecutor Dennis Wilenchik says Groe is to appear in court for an October 1 arraignment.
Groe didn't immediately return a call for comment from The Associated Press on the indictment.
