NACO - Construction has resumed on a section of a fence being built on the Arizona-Mexico border.
Work on nearly two miles of the fence had been suspended October 10th after a federal judge ordered a delay on its construction.
The judge ruled that the federal government didn't fully study the environmental impact of the seven-mile fence being built in the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area near Naco.
But Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff last week invoked his power to bypass certain laws to restart construction.
