Today's "tail" is referring to a mother and her baby porcupine.

A 3-day-old, foot-long, 1-pound baby, first porcupine ever born at Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, is closely watched by mama on a tree-climbing expedition The baby porky arrived after a gestation period of more than 200 days well equipped for life with hundreds of sharp quills. The mother weighs about 6 pounds. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and until sundown on Sundays. The porcupines will be on display tomorrow and special small animal programs will be presented in the patio.
