The first was in February of that year when the woman took her son to Alday's home so he could care for him while she went to work, according to court documents. While at the home, Alday became upset and the pair argued.
He pushed her, causing her to fall on the floor and he then hit her with a boot before getting a knife.
Alday jabbed the knife into the bottom of her shoe, cutting her foot. She escaped and waved down an officer.

Four months later, the woman reported that Alday pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her because he received a court summons for a prior domestic violence dispute, court records show. Later that year in October, police were called to a home after another argument between Alday and the woman.
The victim told police that Alday called her and wanted to talk about breaking up. She told Alday to leave and that she was calling the police, but Alday broke a window and came into the house, court documents state.
He tried to force her outside, but she resisted, so Alday fired a shot into the floor and threatened to kill her. Alday fled and was arrested about two months later.
In 2004, Alday was convicted of aggravated assault, kidnapping and domestic violence for the first two incidents. In the third incident, he was convicted of burglary of an occupied structure while knowingly possessing a deadly weapon.
He was sentenced to seven years' probation.
Since being placed on probation, Alday has been accused of various offenses, including aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, fleeing from law enforcement, and drug and alcohol violations.
The Latest Information: On Jan. 21, Alday failed to report to his probation officers and has absconded. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Alday is 6 feet tall, weighs 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
