The Arizona Humane Society is a disgrace. The entire Board of Directors should resign. They have failed in their duties to oversee practices at the organization. Rot starts at the top. I suggest that an Ombudsman be appointed. Former Tucson Mayor Jonathon Rothschild is well respected in the community. He would be a good choice.
