First lawsuit against the Global Community Communications Alliance

In this lawsuit, filed in December 2025, a woman raised up till age 19 in the Global Community Communications Alliance alleges she was sexually abused and the group failed to report it. She also alleges that she and other members were coerced in to working unpaid for the group, to its financial benefit. The group has rejected the claims and said it adheres to all laws and rules.
