In this undated photo provided by LittleFriendsPhoto.com via Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Kai, a 17-year-old male California sea lion at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Valejo, Calif. peers into the lens of photographer Seth Casteel, known for his ìUnderwater Dogsî photo series. Casteel, whose unique perspective shooting from beneath the water as dogs dive in and towards him, was at the park to shoot various exotic animals such as Bengal and Siberian tigers, Asian small-clawed otters and Pacific harbor seals from an underwater vantage point. Kai was originally a rehabilitated stranded pup and has amassed a repertoire of learned behaviors, among which Casteel was able to capture this shot.
