A suspect has been identified in a Pima County triple-killing last year.
An arrest warrant was issued for Daniel G. Gastelum, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said in a news release today.
Gastelum, 52, resides in Mexico, but has family ties to the Tucson area.
He is wanted in connection with the killing of three men whose bodies were found Nov. 10, 2005 in a desert area near Avra Valley Road west of Pump Station Road. The men -- Rafael Monreal-Maldonado, 23, Francisco Monreal-Maldonado, 27, and Juan Carlos Flores-Diaz, 42 -- had been shot to death.
Anyone with information about Gastelum's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
