FARMINGTON, N.M. — A Tucson man suspected of robbing banks in New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona and a woman charged with being his accomplice in some of those crimes have been arrested, an FBI spokesman said Sunday.
Kasey Fisher of was arrested by Farmington police on Friday night after barricading himself in a hotel room for more than two hours.
Fisher is being held on a state parole violation and was expected to be charged early this week with federal bank robbery charges, FBI spokesman Steve Marshal said.
Julia Norris of Farmington also was arrested Friday. She was charged with three counts of aiding and abetting a bank robbery, Marshal said.
Fisher is a suspect in three separate robberies in Farmington earlier this month and in March, FBI spokesman Darrin Jones said in a news release Saturday.

Investigators think Fisher is a suspect in bank robberies in Durango, Colo., on March 26 and Pagosa Springs, Colo., on Tuesday, and in three bank robberies in Arizona earlier this year, the FBI said.
In New Mexico, Fisher allegedly robbed two financial institutions of an undisclosed amount of money after showing tellers a demand note that indicated he had a gun, the FBI said.
Although no weapon was shown in the three Farmington robberies, Colorado tellers reported seeing a gun in both those incidents, the FBI said.
No one was injured in any of the robberies.
Fisher and Norris are being held at the San Juan County jail without bond.
