SHOW LOW — A shooting outside a Wal-Mart in eastern Arizona has left one woman dead and one man hospitalized.
Show Low Police supervisor Randy Harris says the two elderly victims, likely a couple, were in the parking lot Monday morning when the shooting happened.
After undergoing surgery at a local hospital, the male victim was listed in critical condition Monday afternoon.
Police were withholding the names of the victims pending notification of family.
Harris says police are following up with witnesses about a potential suspect.
Some of the victims’ personal items were missing. But Harris says authorities are not sure if robbery is the motive.
