Tucson's residential trash and recycling collection will not be affected by the 4th of July holiday, a news release from the city says.
Residents should put their bins out on their regular collection day. Commercial trash and recycling collections in the city normally scheduled for Saturdays will be collected on Friday.
The Los Reales Landfill will be open on Friday, but closed on Saturday.
The City of Tucson Household Hazardous Waste site on Sweetwater Drive will be closed on Friday and Saturday.
The 1st Saturday Outreach Collection scheduled at Eastside Service Center, 7575 E. Speedway, on Saturday is canceled.
