Two Pueblo High School students face weapons charges after Tucson police say they each were found with a handgun on campus Wednesday morning.
About 9:20 a.m. officers went to the school, 3500 S. 12th Ave., after TUSD School Safety reported that two boys were each found to be carrying a handgun, police said.
The students were taken to the Pima County Juvenile Court Detention Center
Both were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a minor, carrying a firearm on school grounds and weapons misconduct, police said.
The investigation continues.
